We have an excellent opportunity for a Dietary Supervisor with experience effectively leading and managing the dietary department within a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include:

• Planning, preparing and serving regular, modified consistency and therapeutic diets using the corporate menu program
• Interacts and builds rapport with residents, their families, visitors and vendors as well as facility and corporate staff
• On the job training and work performance management including disciplinary actions.
• Supervisors food preparation and delivery of food including dining room services.
• Will be required to work rotating shifts, holidays, weekends, additional hours and in different positions as the facility's needs require

Qualifications needed to be considered for this position include:

• One or more years of experience leading and managing all aspects of a dietary department within a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Proficiency with computer software applications and internet based programs relating to healthcare menu planning, ordering, inventory management, reporting, etc.
